Choosing the best quality local ingredients from suppliers close to our bakeries ensures we produce the tastiest products for our customers.

Pepperell's Meats

Pepperell's Meat are a traditional butchers on the outskirts of Harleston and supply Blythburgh Pork and other free range meats for our sausage rolls and hog roasts.

Hog Roasts are available at our Harleston (Wednesday and Friday) and Diss (Friday) bakeries.

Greens Flour

All of our flour used at our bakeries is milled in Maldon, Essex.

Greens Flour has been involved in milling flour for over 100 years and produces a wide range of bakers and speciality flours.
