cakes to celebrate a
special time.
At the Tudor Bakehouse we can turn any occasion into a special time with one of our personalised celebration cakes.Choose a very light, moist, vanilla or chocolate sponge - or why not plump for a delicious rich fruit cake.Our sponge cakes can be covered in top quality icing with a jam or cream filling. As a variation some people choose chocolate fondant icing on chocolate sponge cakes. Delicious!With the fruit cakes we cover them with marzipan then icing. Once you've chosen your cake you can personalise it with soft royal icing piped over in any decoration and with writing to suit the celebration. To finish it off you can add a small posy of silk flowers, made to match the colour of the cake.All cakes come on a firm card base in a secure box. Once taken out of the Bakehouse they must be stored in a cool environment, where the sponge will keep for 5 days and the fruit cake for much longer.Cost of the cakes depend on size and type. Sizes start at 7 to 14 inches, square or round.
